Marinate diced chicken in Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.

Make flatbread dough: mix flour, baking powder, salt, yogurt, and a drizzle of olive oil. Knead until smooth.

Make tzatziki: grate cucumber and squeeze out liquid. Mix with yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and dill.

Divide bread dough into 4 pieces. Roll out each into an oval and cook in a hot dry pan until puffed and charred.

Thread chicken onto skewers and grill for 4-5 minutes each side until charred and cooked through.

Slice tomatoes and red onion thinly.

Assemble: spread tzatziki on warm bread, add chicken, tomatoes, onion, and a squeeze of lemon.
