  • 300gCorn chips
  • 400gBeef mince
  • 2cupsCheese
  • 1/2cupJalapenos
  • 1/2cupSour cream
  • 2wholeAvocado
  • 2wholeTomato
  • 1/2wholeRed onion
  • 1tspCumin
  • 1wholeLime

    Preheat oven to 200C.

    Brown beef mince in a pan. Season with cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    Make a quick guacamole: mash avocado with diced tomato, red onion, lime juice, and salt.

    Spread corn chips on a large oven tray. Top with seasoned beef and most of the cheese.
