  • 2largeChicken breast
  • 1/2cupParmesan cheese
  • 3slicesBread
  • 1wholeEgg yolk
  • 3filletsAnchovy fillets
  • 2tbspLemon juice
  • 1tspDijon mustard
  • 2clovesGarlic
  • 1/3cupOlive oil

    Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill or pan-fry for 6-7 minutes each side until cooked through. Rest and slice.
