- 500gPork mince
- 1smallOnion
- 2clovesGarlic
- 1/2cupBreadcrumbs
- 2wholeEgg
- 1tspDried sage
- 1tspSalt

Preheat oven to 200C. Line baking trays with baking paper.

Mix pork mince, finely diced onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, 1 beaten egg, sage, salt, and pepper.

Cut each pastry sheet in half lengthwise.

Divide the meat mixture into 4 portions. Form each into a long log along the centre of each pastry strip.

Roll pastry over the filling, sealing the edge with a fork. Cut each roll into 3 pieces.

Place seam-side down on baking trays. Brush tops with beaten egg.

Score the tops lightly with a knife.

Bake for 25 minutes until golden and puffed. Serve with tomato sauce.
